PESHAWAR: A divisional bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) comprising of Justice SM Attique Shah and Justice Shahid Hussain has suspended transfer of Assistant Director Employees Old age Benefits Institution (EOBI) from Nowshera to Karachi, on Monday.
The counsel Imad Nasir Kundi informed that applicant Kamal Khan working as Assistant Director EOBI at Nowshera but transferred to Karachi without any reason.
The counsel argued that petitioner serving at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from long time and added that transferred has made against policy because it also affect his family.
The divisional bench suspended transferred ordered Assistant Director EOBI from Nowshera to Karachi and directed respondents to submit reply while adjourned further hearing till 15th September.
