PESHAWAR: Child Protection Court Judge Ijaz Ahmad has convicted murderer and rapist of minor for lifetime imprisonment while imposed Rs.140,000/- fine.
Assistant Public Prosecutor Farman Ullah Khan and Syed Inayt Shah Advocate argued the case while informed that Muhammad Nabi had abducted minor girl in 2018 then raped and murdered the minor.
A First Information Report was registered at Mardan Saddar police station on 14 January 2018 under various sections of Pakistan Penal Code.
The counsel informed that Anti-terrorism court had convicted the culprit while it was challenged before High Court and the court remanded the case Child Protection Court.
After completion arguments Child Protection Court has convicted rapist for lifetime imprisonment and impose Rs.140,000/- fine.
