DUBAI (Reuters): Iran appointed oil ministry official Ali-Mohammad Mousavi as its new representative to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries known as OPEC, replacing Afshin Javan, the Oil Ministry’s SHANA news agency reported on Tuesday.
