PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman Wednesday sent a legal notice to Arbab Muhammad Ali on baseless allegations.
Governor Shah Farman of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has taken measures in response to claims that he issued tickets for Mayor Peshawar in local body elections.
Governor served Arbab Muhammad Ali with a legal notice based on unfounded allegations.
Arbab Muhammad Ali has been sent with a legal notice alleging Governor KP for taking millions of rupees.
After spreading fake news and sending a video message against the Governor, legal action was taken against Arbab Muhammad Ali.
Kamran Bangash issues notice to Arbab Muhammad
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Higher Education Kamran Khan Bangash Wednesday issued a legal notice to Arbab Muhammad Ali.
The Provincial Minister Kamran Khan Bangash has issued a notice of Rs 500 million to Arbab Muhammad Ali for making baseless allegations.
Kamran Bangash, in his legal notice, has said that Arbab Muhammad Ali Khan was sent a legal notice for making a fabricated and fake video viral.
He has added that the legal notice was issued to Arbab Muhammad Ali on a campaign based on false allegations.
“The video is based on lies and propaganda which went viral under a conspiracy against provincial”, legal notice said.
It said that Kamran Bangash’s reputation has been tarnished by false allegations. The legal notice said that the false video has been made to defame and damage his image.
Similarly, Former Peshawar mayoral candidate Rizwan Bangash issued notice of Rs 1 billion compensation to Arbab Muhammad Ali for making baseless allegations.
